That's why we have created the ability to set performance thresholds in the Sampl platform and help you take quick action during a live campaign.

Let's say you decide that don’t want to pay more than £3 per approved request. You can set that as a threshold, and can choose to:

  • Get alerted if performance slips
  • Automatically pause the ad (e.g. if it's a weekend)
  • Or both

This stops budget drift, speeds up decision-making, and ensures no media money is wasted without your knowledge. Meaning you can enjoy those well earned evenings and weekends in peace.

2. See ad creatives in-platform and compare what worked

Now, Sampl captures and displays all your ad previews directly in your Media Suite dashboard. 

You can see creative as well as all the performance and spend data, even after the campaign has finished.

We know that creative matters more than ever in social channels, and we are helping brands to now understand what is or isn't working, and make changes in-campaign.

Now you can;

  • View the creative image or video
  • Read the headline, body text, CTA and tags
  • See exactly what the audience saw

You can also compare multiple creatives side-by-side, making it easier to spot what messaging, format, or style actually performed best.

Even better, the creatives are stored in the platform after the campaign finishes, so you can revisit past campaigns and learn for the next one. You can go back, see what actually ran, and what messaging led to results.

3. Group creative variants and see performance rolled up

Running multiple creatives in one campaign? We have now made it easy to group and analyse them together for better learning.

You can create custom groups of creatives, and see:

  • Combined stats in one row
  • Total sample requests, approvals, cost per result
  • Which group of messages or visuals is delivering best

This helps brand and media teams understand patterns faster, make changes, and report with more clarity.

4. Understand which audience targeting is working (and which isn't)

Audience performance is one of the biggest drivers of success in sampling campaigns, but it's also one of the hardest to see clearly.

You have to log into the individual platform ad managers (e.g. Meta), look at each ad group, and see how each of the targeting criteria is set up.

Now, you can compare how different targeting strategies performed:

  • Interest-based vs lookalike vs broad targeting
  • Request rates, approval rates, CPLs by audience
  • Where your budget was working hardest

This makes campaign planning, media briefing, and future optimisation easier. And it gives brand teams proof to back up future spend decisions.
