Ghost team needed to deliver a successful launch for the new Orb of Night fragrance. With limited experience of sampling online, they needed a partner that could offer an end-to-end solution in collaboration with their digital agency to get samples to the right consumers and provide an engaging sampling experience.
Ghosts target audience were invited to request samples, with Sampl handling data capture and order approval. Approved orders were shipped to consumers, letting them try the fragrance as intended.
The activation was multi-touch, delivering tailored content at each step to enhance the sampling experience, drive purchase and generate insight & reviews.
