With a new fragrance launch and fewer offline sampling opportunities, L’Occitane needed to reach relevant consumers in the fragrance category and get them trying the scent. As a new launch, reviews play a key role so L’Occitane also sought to capture high quality reviews at scale in time for the launch.
Sampl integrated with L’Occitane’s digital and social advertising to reach premium fragrance buyers not already known to L’Occitane and get them trying Herbae.
Requests were verified by Sampl’s AI, with approved orders being shipped to consumers. A timely follow-up email invited recipients to review their experience of Herbae which would populate on the L’Occitane website.
